I utilize a holistic approach with my clients, to treat the whole person. You can expect to have therapy that includes therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.

Therapy is provided on a weekly basis, to address your needs. Additional sessions can be requested if necessary.

Through a secure link, provided by the client portal, we are able to meet via video sessions. You are required to be in the state of New York at the time of your session, and to be in a private, quiet location.

To eliminate any limitations that can occur from insurance and provide quality care, I offer private-pay sessions. A sliding scale can be discussed during your initial consultation.
If eligible, you can be provided with a monthly itemized statement (also known as a Super Bill), that can be submitted to your insurance for a partial reimbursement. You will need out-of-network benefits on your specific plan, to be eligible.
